All Chicago students can attend the general education program at their neighborhood school (based on their address). Students can also apply to any open enrollment program in the city. Details	All students applying to this program must take the HSAT (PreACT 9 Secure) administered by CPS. Applicants must meet a minimum HSAT score to be considered for the lottery. Minimum scores will be determined once initial results are released in February 2027.
