A Message from the Principal

A Message from the Principal

Welcome to Dulles Elementary — Home of the Tigers! I’m Principal Pullum, and I couldn’t be prouder to serve this incredible community of scholars, families, and educators. Every day, I walk through our doors knowing that Dulles is more than just a school — it’s a family built on purpose, passion, and possibility. From our littlest learners to our middle school leaders, we are shaping young minds to dream boldly, act bravely, and show up every day as true Goal-Getters. This year, our theme isn’t just a slogan — it’s a mindset. Being a Goal-Setter means we name what we want, we make a plan, and we stay disciplined until we see it through. It’s about growth — academic, emotional, and personal. It’s about believing that effort beats excuses and that every challenge is an opportunity to rise higher. At Dulles, we set goals that stretch us. We believe in the power of community, the strength of consistency, and the joy of seeing our students reach new heights. Our staff are committed to delivering rigorous instruction, building strong relationships, and keeping learning at the center of everything we do. To our parents and families — thank you for being our partners in this journey. To our scholars — remember: your goals are the gateway to your greatness. Let’s make this year one of unstoppable growth, pride, and achievement. Together, we are Dulles Strong. Together, we are Goal-Getters. — Principal Pullum Proud Leader of Dulles Elementary School
