A Message from the Principal

Dear Fiske Community and Families, It is with great excitement that the Fiske School Community welcomes each of you to what promises to be a joyful, productive, and motivating academic journey. Whether you are returning or joining our school community for the first time, we are thrilled to have your family with us. At Fiske, we believe in the power of a positive attitude, self-motivation, and respect for others. These values are at the heart of everything we do. At Fiske we encourage every student to come to school ready to grow—socially, emotionally, and academically. We also know that education is most successful when we work together as a village. Our students thrive when they see that their families and school staff are united in support of their success. As an International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme School, we highlight and practice the monthly IB Learner Profiles and incorporate them into our daily school experiences. We strive for our students to become life long learners, critical thinkers, and to learn by doing and experiencing. As we navigate the year ahead, we look forward to engaging with all stakeholders to positively shape students to develop into globally aware and compassionate citizens. We are honored to be part of your child’s educational journey. Let’s make this year one filled with growth, connection, and success. Looking forward to an incredible school year ahead! Warmly, Kenya Underwood, Principal Dorian Price-Dixon Assistant Principal
