A Message from the Principal

A Message from the Principal

Welcome to the 2025–2026 school year! I am honored to welcome our students, families, and community partners to another year of excellence and growth. As we move into SY26, our work will be anchored in three priorities that serve as the foundation of our Continuous Improvement Work Plan (CIWP): Curriculum and Instruction We are committed to rigorous, engaging, and equitable teaching that challenges students to think critically and prepares them for success. Connectedness and Well-Being We are building a safe, supportive, and structured environment where students feel valued and connected. Strong relationships among students, staff, and families are essential to a positive school culture. Family and Community Engagement We believe student success is a shared responsibility. By strengthening partnerships with families and the community, we expand opportunities and ensure students are prepared for lifelong achievement. All of this work is guided by our 3 Es — Excellence, Effectiveness, and Efficiency. These principles define how we teach, how we lead, and how we serve our school community every day. Rashad Talley, Principal
