Dear CPS Community,

We look forward to Teacher Appreciation Week every school year and are so excited that it is finally here. This year, our theme is to remind everyone how much we love that our teachers are part of our CPS family. Their hard work and dedication do not go unnoticed.

Inside the classroom, our teachers focus on high-quality instruction, culturally-responsive learning experiences, and social-emotional support to help students grow academically. And they also build strong relationships with their colleagues, parents, and community partners to ensure that our schools remain pillars within the neighborhoods they serve.

We hope you take the time this week to thank the teachers that have made a difference in your lives. A small way you can show your appreciation is through this toolkit.
