Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)
Under the IFM model, schools receive engineer and custodial services, interior repair work through various trade vendors, landscaping, pest control, energy management, and snow removal services.
- Engineer Services provide preventative maintenance services to schools to keep critical building infrastructure and mechanical systems operational, ensuring maximum building safety, functionality, and long-term durability.

Energy Management
We develop projects to reduce the overall consumption of energy usage and spend in each school, as well as strategically plan the procurement of natural gas and electricity.

Waste Removal and Recycling
We manage trash and recycling services for schools and district offices including collection, disposal, and equipment necessary for collection. Each school has waste and recycling dumpsters appropriate for building size and capacity.

We facilitate the collection and recycling of unused equipment, furniture, educational materials, and other assets for district schools and administrative offices.
