Durante este taller de 6 sesiones, un representante de la Extensión de la Universidad de Illinois compartirá hábitos alimentarios saludables, técnicas para aumentar la actividad física, manejo de recursos al seleccionar alimentos y seguridad alimentaria. Este taller se llevará a cabo en Español.

During this 6-session workshop, a representative from the University of Illinois Extension will discuss healthy eating habits, techniques to increase physical activity, resource management when selecting food, and food safety. This session will be conducted in Spanish.
